Usage Policy

Studio Policies

We want Scrubs Studio to be a comfortable, inspiring space for everyone who uses it. The following policies are simply here to keep things running smoothly and to ensure a great experience for all clients, staff, and neighbours.

Studio Use & Respect for the Space

  • Please keep all studio doors fully closed during rehearsals to help contain sound and minimise disturbance to our neighbours.

  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the studio rooms or buildings.

  • We kindly ask that you leave the studio as you found it at the end of your session.

  • Please do not rearrange furniture or equipment without first checking with a member of onsite staff.

  • No drinks on top of equipment, please — spills can cause serious damage.

Timing & Session Changes

  • If you expect to arrive late or need to leave a session early, please inform a member of staff as soon as possible so we’re aware.

  • Session time cannot be extended to account for late arrivals unless agreed in advance and subject to availability.

Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received using the bank details listed on our website.

  • Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 48 hours before your session:
    Fully refundable.

  • Between 48 and 24 hours before your session:
    Exchangeable for another date/time, subject to availability.

  • Less than 24 hours before your session:
    Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Equipment & Damage

  • Any tangible damage caused to studio equipment during rehearsals will be charged to the rehearsing client.

  • Normal wear and tear or minor, unsubstantial damage will not be charged.
