These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and use of Scrubs Studio. By making a booking or using the studio, clients agree to the following terms.
1.1 All bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received using the bank details listed on our website.
1.2 Unpaid or partially paid bookings are not guaranteed and may be cancelled without notice.
1.3 Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
2.1 Clients must keep all studio doors fully closed during rehearsals to help contain sound and minimise disturbance to neighbours.
2.2 Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the studio rooms or buildings.
2.3 Clients must leave the studio space as they found it at the end of their session.
2.4 Furniture, equipment, or studio layout must not be rearranged without prior approval from onsite staff.
2.5 No drinks are permitted on top of studio equipment.
3.1 If a client expects to arrive late or leave early, they must inform a member of staff as soon as possible.
3.2 Late arrivals do not entitle clients to extended session time unless agreed in advance and subject to availability.
4.1 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are fully refundable.
4.2 Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled session are exchangeable for another date or time, subject to availability.
4.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4.4 Refunds or exchanges are not available for no-shows.
5.1 Clients are responsible for all studio equipment used during their session.
5.2 Any tangible damage caused to studio equipment during rehearsals will be charged to the rehearsing client.
5.3 Normal wear and tear or minor, unsubstantial damage will not be charged.
6.1 Scrubs Studio accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal equipment or belongings brought onto the premises.
6.2 Clients are advised not to leave valuables unattended.
7.1 Clients use the studio and its facilities at their own risk.
7.2 Clients are responsible for their own hearing protection and for rehearsing at safe and reasonable volume levels.
7.3 Clients must follow all reasonable instructions given by studio staff relating to health, safety, and studio operation.
8.1 Scrubs Studio reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a session without refund if a client’s behaviour is unsafe, abusive, intoxicated, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
8.2 Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
9.1 Scrubs Studio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power failure, fire, flooding, extreme weather, or government restrictions.
10.1 Personal data provided during booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.
10.2 Client data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or for the purpose of processing bookings.
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
